I have consulted Al-Guardian extensively on this subject and it seems that freedom fighters showing resistance to the occupation is only to be expected. In fact, the general line in most articles and comments is that it should be encouraged.

Accused 'doused chips with urine'

"A shopper saw a man squirt a foul-smelling brown liquid over frozen chips in a Tesco store in Gloucestershire, Bristol Crown Court has been told.

Sahnoun Daifallah, 42, of Bibury Road, Gloucester, denies squirting a mixture of urine and faeces at four businesses last May.

Alison Harris told the court she was suspicious of the way the man was holding a laptop bag in the food aisle.

"I was taken aback... there was a strong smell of urine," she said.

"I became aware of him about three to six feet away from me in the chip aisle and thought he was suspicious because of the way he held his bag.

"I noticed a projectile spray from the bag on to the frozen food, like something from a sports bottle, it was instantaneous."

The court was told he then moved on to the wine section where a shop assistant also saw a fine vapour come out of the bag and on to the red wine and champagne, leaving a trail of brown fluid.

Mr Daifallah is then said to have driven four miles to the Morrisons store in Abbeydale where an employee in the wine section noticed him acting strangely, before the smell and brown splatters were discovered

Two days earlier the Algerian-born chemist visited the Air Balloon Pub, in Birdlip, near Cheltenham moments before a stench and brown liquid was found sprayed around the pub, the court heard.

He is then alleged to have moved on to the Waterstones bookstore in Cirencester where the jury heard he spread the brown liquid over the toilet in the coffee shop.

It was not until the next morning staff noticed a large number of books had been sprayed, the court heard."

I wonder how much of this is going on unnoticed.

SALMOND STAKES

How much longer will Alex Salmond be able to convince the Scottish press and people that he's not a grubby nationalist who fans sectarian hatreds, but a modern politician leading Scotland to a tolerant future? A scandal is looming north of the border that threatens to tarnish the oily one's gleaming image perhaps irrevocably.

Last month the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations condemned Salmond's government for giving £400,000 to the Scottish Islamic Foundation. The foundation is headed by one Osama Saeed, who just happens to be the Scottish National Party's parliamentary candidate in Glasgow Central. As Stephen Maxwell, the council's director, said, it was "unusual, to say the least" that public money was handed over to a body which had neither been incorporated as a company nor registered as a charity at the time the grant was given.

As Labour and Liberal Democrat members of the Scottish parliament push for an inquiry, they would do well to listen to the Scottish Muslim groups which Salmond won't fund. They say the Scottish Islamic Foundation does not represent their or any other tolerant version of Islam.

Saeed's membership of the SNP is not his only interesting connection. His Islamic Foundation is in fact a front organisation for the Muslim Brotherhood which wants to create a global Caliphate (motto: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.") Saeed is an enthusiastic supporter and was furious when Nicky Campbell of BBC Radio 5 accurately reported that Yusuf al-Qaradawi, spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, had ruled that wife beating and female circumcision were fine, and that gays, Israelis and apostates deserved death. "This is truly unacceptable from the BBC," Saeed declared.

The Brotherhood's main aim in Scotland is to establish Muslim faith schools, controlled by Saeed's allies, naturally. At the launch of the Scottish Islamic Foundation, Saeed praised Muslim schools in England where children are taught the Koran, boys and girls are segregated and the latter wear the hijab. Salmond stood beside him and pledged state funding.

Amanullah de Sondy, a lecturer in Islamic studies at Glasgow University, believes faith schools "will further reinforce isolationist approaches to education and hamper attempts at building bridges between Muslims and non-Muslims", and says: "I have nothing against the Scottish Islamic Foundation... but they are not representative of the Muslim community." But Salmond didn't listen. He seems to want to make the Scottish Islamic Foundation / Muslim Brotherhood the authentic voice of Scottish Islam, in the hope that it will return the favour by helping the SNP take Muslim votes from Labour.

The Kelvinside numpties who control BBC Scotland are equally impressed and have also been flirting with radical Islamic chic.

About the only Muslim voices they allow listeners to hear are those of Saeed and Aamer Anwar, a solicitor and former Socialist Workers' Party activist who was nearly done for contempt of court after he claimed that a wannabe-terrorist, convicted of possessing CDs and videos of guerrilla tactics and bomb-making, was just "doing what millions of young people do every day -- looking for answers on the internet".

So large has the Muslim Brotherhood influence grown in Scottish politics and broadcasting that the high commissioner for Pakistan, Dr Maleha Lodhi, used a speech at Glasgow University last year to urge Scottish Muslims to speak up for themselves and not allow the men with the loudest voices to be seen as their sole representatives.

Some hope. As Salmond dreams of becoming the first ruler of an independent Scotland in three centuries, the bonds between nationalism and Islamism are growing tighter. He is talking of putting representatives of the Scottish Islamic Foundation on to commissions investigating the future of Trident and sending them as ambassadors to the Middle East. As for those Scots, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, who don't believe in sexual segregation and the theology of al-Qaradawi, Salmond is riding so high in the polls he thinks he can tell them to get stuffed.

Next US terror attack 'could be by white Americans or Europeans'

Leeds Crown Court was told he would only befriend Muslim colleagues while working for a loans company and showed them recordings of Allied soldiers being tortured and beheaded."

Ejaculation of sperm without spurting and having not stimulation at the time of wakefulness does not require a ritual bath as decided by the majority of Muslim scholars. However, one has to make Wudu for such ejaculation.
Know that if ejaculation is normal i.e. gushed out with stimulation then taking a bath becomes an obligation since there is agreement among jurists on this issue.
Know that the discharge that comes out after urination is called al-wadi which is different from sperm. It is a white thick secretion discharged in the form of drops without any stimulation. It is impure like urine but taking a bath is not compulsory for this discharge.

Just a week ago, Ban Ki-Moon said "The idea of deploying UN peacekeeping troops to Somalia is "neither realistic nor viable"" and that "because of the security situation, it had not even been possible to send a technical assessment team to Somalia."

Now that the reality of the situation is sinking in, the UN are looking for excuses.

"The joint UN-African Union peacekeeping mission to Darfur may fail unless countries can provide helicopters and lorries, a top UN official says.

The lack of agreement from Sudan on the make-up of the troops could also threaten the mission, he warns."

Not to mention nobody actually wants to commit any troops.

University's banning of Muslim comedy attacked

365 days of redressing the balance

Since it's topical, in celebration of this anniversary I present here a few chosen paragraphs from Encoch Powell's extraordinarily prophetic 1968, so-called, "Rivers of Blood" speech - as pertinent today as it was 40 years ago, maybe more so: there almost literally have been rivers of blood. Perhaps the last politician who felt able to say what needed to be said.


"The supreme function of statesmanship is to provide against preventable evils. In seeking to do so, it encounters obstacles which are deeply rooted in human nature. One is that by the very order of things such evils are not demonstrable until they have occurred: At each stage in their onset there is room for doubt and for dispute whether they be real or imaginary. By the same token, they attract little attention in comparison with current troubles, which are both indisputable and pressing: whence the besetting temptation of all politics to concern itself with the immediate present at the expense of the future. Above all, people are disposed to mistake predicting troubles for causing troubles and even for desiring troubles: 'if only', they love to think, 'if only people wouldn't talk about it, it probably wouldn't happen'. Perhaps this habit goes back to the primitive belief that the word and the thing, the name and the object, are identical. At all events, the discussion of future grave but, with effort now, avoidable evils is the most unpopular and at the same time the most necessary occupation for the politician. Those who knowingly shirk it, deserve, and not infrequently receive, the curses of those who come after.

There could be no grosser misconception of the realities than is entertained by those who vociferously demand legislation as they call it 'against discrimination', whether they be leader-writers of the same kidney and sometimes on the same newspapers which year after year in the 1930s tried to blind this country to the rising peril which confronted it, or archbishops who live in palaces, faring delicately with the bedclothes pulled right over their heads. They have got it exactly and diametrically wrong. The discrimination and the deprivation, the sense of alarm and resentment, lies not with the immigrant population but with those among whom they have come and are still coming. This is why to enact legislation of the kind before Parliament at this moment is to risk throwing a match on to the gunpowder. The kindest thing that can be said about those who propose and support it is they know not what they do.

The other dangerous delusion from which those who are wilfully or otherwise blind to realities suffer, is summed up in the word 'integration'. To be integrated into a population means to become for all practical purposes indistinguishable from its other members. Now, at all times, where there are marked physical differences, especially of colour, integration is difficult though, over a period, not impossible. There are among the Commonwealth immigrants have come to live here in the last fifteen years or so, many thousands whose wish and purpose is to be integrated and whose every thought and endeavour is bent in that direction. But to imagine that such a thing enters the heads of a great and growing majority of immigrants and their descendants is a ludicrous misconception, and a dangerous one to boot.

We are on the verge here of a change. Hitherto it has been force of circumstance and of background which has rendered the very idea of integration inaccessible to the greater part of the immigrant population - that they never conceived or intended such a thing, and that their numbers and physical concentration meant the pressures towards integration which normally bear upon any small minority did not operate. Now we are seeing the growth of positive forces acting against integration, of vested interests in the preservation and sharpening of racial and religious differences, with a view to the exercise of action domination, first over fellow immigrants and then over the rest of the population. The cloud no bigger than a man's hand, that can so rapidly overcast the sky, has been visible recently in Wolverhampton and has shown signs of spreading quickly.

For these dangerous and divisive elements the legislation proposed in the Race Relations Bill is the very pabulum they need to flourish. Here is the means of showing that the immigrant communities can organize to consolidate their members, to agitate and campaign against their fellow citizens, and to overawe and dominate the rest with the legal weapons which the ignorant and the ill-informed have provided. As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding.

All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal."

Seems like there's a new "scientific" contradiction every week - makes you wonder what constitutes an "expert" and whether they really know what they're talking about.

The same lack of understanding also applies to climate change but there're more money to be made from gloom-mongering.

Another contradicion to the demonstrated evidence: Islam is a religion of peace.

Fairly rapidly buried by the media - it was a "political attack" according to the BBC. Change the headline to "Many dead in US airstrike" and we'd undoubtedly hear much more about it, and instead of a couple of lines touching on the deaths of children ALL the victims would likely have been women and children (according to local sources).

Of course, the BBC want us to remember that: "Civilians have often been the victims of the violence in Afghanistan - not only in attacks by insurgents, but also in strikes by the foreign Nato and US forces in the country."

That's alright then.

Anyway, we shouldn't be too concerned about Muslims slaughtering Muslims - it's the will of Allah after all.

Lessons in hate found at leading mosques

Al-Jazeera 'on crusaders' side' over bin Laden

Two stories from the "you just can't make it up" department:

One furious message called al-Jazeera a “miserable fly in the rubbish” and said: “Your day will come, vile one. As long as we live you won't be safe, Jazeera.”"

And equally silly: Man who had sex with bike in court - "A man has been placed on the sex offenders’ register after being caught trying to have sex with a bicycle." in his locked hotel room. If he'd been caught buggering a 16 year old boy it wouldn't have been a problem but this guy is clearly a threat to bicycles everywhere so he's on the sex offenders' register.

Feud 'hurting Palestinian rights'

Super, Lovely. A marvellously contrived, overblown puff piece from The Scotsman on the wonderfully inventive religion that was Islam (up until about 400 years ago). The "1,001 Inventions" exhibition is now open at the Glasgow Science Centre - the exhibits on "Restoring the Caliphate" and "The Resourceful Mujahideen" should particularly appeal to Guardian readers.

Cars burnt after Amsterdam death

It's taken the BBC a week to get here, we shouldn't expect too many details.

"Police in the Dutch city of Amsterdam say several cars have been set on fire in the sixth night of unrest after officers shot a Moroccan man dead.

The 22-year old was killed after entering a police station where he stabbed two police officers."

The poor, innocent 22-year old was peacefully minding his own business when he was shot in self-defence by one of the officers he was stabbing - a female.

"A body set up by David Cameron to advise the Conservatives on Muslim issues has criticised the Government's relationship with Israel and concluded that Iran has "legitimate" reasons for wanting nuclear weapons.

The Conservative Muslim Forum also wants the compulsory history curriculum in schools changed to give "full recognition to the massive contribution that Islam has made to the development of Western civilisation".

It also argues that preachers who advocate a rejection of democracy and its institutions should not be denied entry into Britain.

The group calls on the party to be more sympathetic towards Iran. It says: "Given Iran's position in the Middle East, facing a nuclear-armed Israel, Iran appears to have legitimate reasons for seeking nuclear weapons for defensive purposes.""

After Israel threatening to wipe Iran off the map, it's easy to see what they mean. Clearly, support for extremism reaches the highest levels of our Muslim community. Still, on the bright side, at least some members of the Conservative Party still lean to the right.
